This is a delicious combo for stuffing chicken and wrapping it in parma ham seals in all the moisture.

  • 2 teaspoon(s) wholegrain mustard
  • 50 grams Fresh mozzarella ball
  • 2 slice(s) Parma Ham
  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F.
  2. Tear the fresh mozzarella into a bowl and stir in the wholegrain mustard.
  3. Make a slit into each chicken breast, by cutting along the edge horizontally. Stuff the chicken breasts with the mustard mixture and wrap each with a slice of parma ham.
  4. Season the chicken with black pepper, drizzle each with a teaspoon of olive oil and transfer onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minute until cooked through. Serve with green salad on the side.
