- 2 Lamb chops
- Fresh mint leaves
- Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic clove(s)
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Dried chilli flakes
- 8 Asparagus

Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
In a bowl, combine a large bunch of freshly chopped mint, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, some freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of chilli flakes.
Rub the chops with the crushed garlic clove and a few tablespoons of the mint mixture.
Grill for about 4 minutes per side or until charred and transfer to a serving plate.
Meanwhile drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and grill on a hot grill pan for about 5-7 minutes until softened and nicely charred.
When done, brush the lamb chops with the remaining mint mixture and sprinkle with mint leaves.
Serve alongside the grilled asparagus.
