We as a team take pride on the fundamentals of calisthenic training. Our city named workouts assist in improving the participant’s levels of aerobic fitness, fat loss, muscle gain, an increase in muscular strength, improve core strength & muscle tone.

 

The Flagship Workout - Sydney

 

Sydney is considered our flagship workout! It incorporates almost all of the major movements required for an effective workout. Our method in this city is to keep the duration of exercise relatively short (no more than 30 minutes) by continually switching from lower to upper body exercises for an aerobic effect. By continually switching muscle groups in between sets we prevent excessive muscular fatigue to one specific area (i.e chest or legs) and therefore we can work under high number of repetitions to assist in improving muscular tone & an improvement in core strength.
